What to Expect

• Best Birth Consult to get to know each other, identify priorities and develop a plan for working together

• Researching local resources including doulas, hospital stats, and more

• Best Birth Coaching calls to keep you informed and educated throughout each step of your pregnancy

• Barb’s Hospital Birth Prep (2hr) and Newborn Care Basics (2hr) courses are both included ($90 value)

• Birth Planning Call - complete a worksheet and meet with Barb to create a birth plan to share with your team! Coaching on how to discuss your wishes with your provider is also included. ($65 value)

• Postpartum Planning Session - we’ll gather local resources and think through what support you and your partner will need the most. Leave with a plan to share with your support team and to post on your fridge.

• 6 Weeks of Postpartum Text support - Barb will reach out to you weekly during the first 6 weeks with tips, tricks, encouragement and an experienced shoulder to learn on during this tender transition. You can also message her anytime with questions or concerns.
