Hi, I’m Doula Barb.
My passion for birth & babies began way back in 2003, when I landed my first job as an early childhood educator. Learning about how little brains worked and developed just fascinated me and I was hooked! I spent the next 6 years working as an Early Childhood Educator (birth through age 5).
Later, after the birth of my first child, I realized how much support was missing for birthing families. In 2013, I trained as a Professional Birth & Postpartum Doula and have spent the last eleven years working as a birth doula & childbirth educator. Since 2019, I have supported families globally as a Family Guide at Cleo.
Finally - I’m a married mom of two, so I know what it’s like to juggle a career with parenthood and a relationship.
